Ask anyone who knows me :) if there's a pet around, I'm glued to it. While I don't have a pet of my own yet (still dreaming of that day!), I've been lucky enough to care for others.

I'm 27, a master's student, responsible, and quite flexible with schedules. I've had the chance to care for animals in a few different settings, and each experience has been genuinely meaningful to me.

I spent a year living with my roommate's two cats, which really shaped how comfortable I am around animals day-to-day. I loved having them around, and leaving them at the end was harder than I expected. I also looked after a friend's three cats at her home while she was away, handling feeding schedules, medications, and keeping their space clean. Each cat had a different personality, and I made sure to give each one attention on their own terms (one was super cuddly, another needed more space). On top of that, I've had a dog stay at my place several times, managing walks, meals, and helping him feel at ease in an unfamiliar environment.

I'm the type of person who will happily smother your pet with hugs and cuddles but I also know when to give them room. I pay close attention to body language and never force interaction. The animals I've cared for have always seemed relaxed and happy, and their owners felt it too.

Safety and supervision are something I take seriously. Whether your pet is staying with me or I'm at yours, they won't be left alone for long periods, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how they're doing! ;)

Since I can't have my own pet just yet, caring for yours is genuinely something I look forward to, not just a job. Whether it's a simple dog walk, keeping your pet at my place, staying at yours, or looking after them while you're on vacation, I'm happy to work around what you and your furry friend need.
