Hi! I'm Dana, I'm 29 years old, and I'm someone who genuinely loves animals, especially cats. ❤️ I've grown up with cats around me and have had two cats of my own, whom I loved and cared for deeply. Through my experience, I've learned that every cat has its own personality, habits, needs and boundaries. Some are playful and full of energy, others are shy and need time to feel comfortable, while some simply want a cosy spot, gentle cuddles and a little company. I believe every animal deserves to be understood and cared for in a way that makes them feel safe, comfortable and happy. My experience goes beyond simply feeding and playing with cats. Both of my cats experienced health issues at different times, which taught me how important it is to pay attention to changes in behaviour, recognise when something might be wrong, stay calm in unexpected situations and respond responsibly. I'm also comfortable administering oral medication, including pills and syrups, whenever necessary and according to the owner's instructions. When it comes to caring for cats, I'm happy to help with pretty much everything they need, including: • Lots of cuddles, affection, playtime and companionship, while always respecting their personal space and boundaries. • Feeding according to your instructions, including specific diets, portion sizes and dietary restrictions. • Preparing fresh or cooked meals if required. • Cleaning litter boxes and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. • Washing food and water bowls and keeping their feeding area tidy. • Brushing their fur and trimming their nails when needed and when they are comfortable with it. • Cleaning up any little messes or accidents around the house. • Administering medication, including pills and liquid medication, following your instructions carefully. • Keeping an eye on their general well-being, appetite, behaviour and any unusual signs. I would ideally love to welcome cats into my own home, where I can give them plenty of attention, affection and care throughout the day. However, I completely understand that some cats feel much more comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I'm therefore also happy to visit your home and look after them there, respecting their routines, preferences and personalities. Although cats are my main area of experience and where my heart truly is, I'm also very open to looking after dogs and other animals. While I don't have the same hands-on experience with dogs as I do with cats, I'm happy to follow your guidance and learn about their individual needs. I can help with feeding, companionship, walks, washing their paws after walks and keeping them comfortable and clean. Ultimately, I'm happy to follow your instructions and adapt to your pet's specific routine, needs and personality. Whether that means extra playtime, a particular feeding schedule, medication, grooming or simply giving them space and keeping them company, I'll do my best to make sure they feel at home. I know how difficult it can be to find someone you genuinely trust with a beloved pet. Having had cats of my own, I understand that they're not just animals we share our homes with; they're family. I want owners to feel completely at ease knowing their little companions are receiving not only the practical care they need but also genuine affection, patience and attention. Your pet isn't just another booking to me. They're an individual with their own little personality, and they deserve to feel loved, respected and safe.
