Hi! My name is Jade and I’m an animal lover living in Leiden near De Vink station. I currently work from home as a freelancer, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can spend plenty of time with pets during the day.

I really enjoy having animals around me and would love to provide a calm, comfortable place for dogs while their owners are away.

IMPORTANT THINGS FIRST

I usually reply quickly and appreciate clear and efficient communication. It saves both of us time and helps us focus on what matters most — taking good care of your dog.

I only speak English.

I usually host one dog at a time, unless two dogs come from the same family and are used to living together. I believe dogs feel happier when they receive enough attention.

MY HOME

I live in a house near Leiden De Vink station.

Dogs will mainly stay on the ground floor (around 50–70 m²) where the living room and kitchen are located. This is where dogs can relax, nap, and spend time with me during the day.

There is also a small private garden (around 10–15 m²) where dogs can get fresh air and short outdoor breaks.

The garden is fully fenced, so dogs can safely spend time outside. Of course, I always keep an eye on them when they are in the garden.

DAILY ROUTINE

Because I work from home, dogs are rarely left alone.

A typical day usually includes:

• two walks outside (around 20–40 minutes depending on the dog)

• short garden breaks during the day

• indoor rest time in a calm environment

• playtime or gentle interaction depending on the dog’s personality

I always adapt to the dog’s energy level and routine.

CARE STYLE

I try to follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. Some dogs love playtime and activity, while others prefer quiet company and relaxing nearby.

Dogs are welcome to relax on the sofa and stay close to people — I enjoy giving them attention and making them feel comfortable.

After walks, I usually clean their paws gently if needed to keep the house clean and comfortable.

COMMUNICATION

Of course, I’m happy to send daily photos and updates so you can see how your dog is doing.

I understand how important pets are to their families, and I will always treat them with patience, kindness, and responsibility.
