Hello! My name is Shanelle, and I'm a 20-year-old student currently living in Den Haag. Originally from the beautiful island of Aruba, I’ve been in the Netherlands for almost two years now, immersing myself in the vibrant culture and exploring the picturesque streets of this lovely city.

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I was surrounded by the unconditional love and companionship of our furry friends. Back home in Aruba, my family and I had the joy of caring for several wonderful dogs. Sadly, we recently said goodbye to Mickey and Chloe, who both passed away last year. While it was heartbreaking, the beautiful memories they left behind continue to bring us comfort.

Our furry family now includes Martina, our spirited Jack Russell who was a special birthday gift and is also the proud mom of Rocky, the baby of the house who stole our hearts. We also have Milo, our lovable mystery mix with a hint of golden retriever. And, of course, Niña, our 15-year-old cat who rules the house with elegance and grace.

Growing up in Aruba, I witnessed firsthand the struggles many dogs faced due to neglect and mistreatment—a stark contrast to the care and love I've seen here in the Netherlands. This experience has inspired me to advocate for better animal welfare back home and to provide every dog I encounter with the same love, respect, and care.

When it comes to dog walking, my approach is rooted in gentleness and patience, treating every dog as carefully as I would a baby. Safety is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to making sure your furry friend is happy, healthy, and well-cared for.

In addition to English, I’m fluent in Spanish and Dutch, allowing for smooth communication with pet owners and making the experience easy and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Whether it’s strolling through the charming streets of Den Haag or exploring the tranquility of its beautiful parks, I would love to accompany your furry companion on their adventures. Let's make sure they get all the love, exercise, and attention they deserve!
