Hello, I am Sophie. I was born and raised in Malaysia and moved over to the Netherlands in 2016 and have been here since. I am currently working as a Claims Handler in Marine insurance.

I would be available mainly in the afternoons/evenings. I could also babysit your pet during working hours, if that matches with my work-from-home day.

I have always had a great love for animals (cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, snakes etc). I have always grown up around cats and have rescued many kittens back in Malaysia and found loving homes for them, so I have a lot of experience with cats of all personalities and temperaments.

I have gained more experience with dogs since moving to the Netherlands and absolutely love taking them out for walks and playing with them and having a cuddle to end the day.

I have a very open heart and an open mind and have a lot of experience with taking care of pets, mainly cats and dogs. I love getting to know them and learning about their personalities and little quirks. I think it is important to understand them in order to give them the best love and care possible. I also have quite some experience with taking care of medical needs and administering medication if necessary.

As I am not currently able to have my own pet, I think that pet-sitting would be a great opportunity to fill my heart and also help someone who needs an extra hand.

For walking, I'd like to go for walks in a park for about 30min+. I also offer home visits and am happy to clean up after your pet and water any plants if necessary. I can usually stay about an hour or so, or even overnight if your pet needs it. If you need your pet to stay at my place, this can also be discussed.
