I have always had a very special connection with animals. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to care for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family when they needed someone to look after them, and through these experiences I realized how much I enjoy having animals around and caring for them with genuine attention and affection.

I currently work as a self-employed handyman, doing various small maintenance and repair jobs. Because my schedule is very flexible, I am able to spend most of my time at home. When I am caring for a pet, they become my priority, and I arrange any work outside the home around the pet’s routine — never the other way around.

For me, caring for a pet means much more than simply feeding them and taking them for walks. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, keeping them company, playing, giving them affection, and paying attention to how they are feeling. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, comfortable, relaxed, and at home while they are with me.

I live in Almere Buiten, close to Oostvaardersplassen, a beautiful area that is perfect for walks and peaceful time outdoors. I normally take dogs for at least three walks of 30 minutes each day, but I always adapt their routine to their individual needs, age, personality, and energy level. Some dogs may need longer walks and plenty of activity, while others may prefer a slower pace and more time to relax.

I also carefully follow each pet’s usual feeding schedule, habits, and daily routine. If your pet needs medication, I am comfortable administering it and will always follow your instructions carefully.

Throughout the day, pets receive plenty of attention and companionship. I can offer playtime, affection, rest, and walks, always respecting each animal’s individual personality — whether they are very playful, calm, or a little shy at first.

I also like to keep owners informed and reassured while they are away. I am happy to send regular photos and videos, so you can see how your pet is doing, settling in, and enjoying their time with me.

In case of an unexpected situation or emergency, I remain calm, carefully follow the instructions provided by the owner, and contact you immediately. If necessary, I will also seek veterinary assistance.

For me, the most important thing is that your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you are away. I want you to be able to travel, work, or simply spend time away from home knowing that your companion is receiving all the attention, care, and affection they deserve.
