Hi! My name is Sayan but you can call me "shy". I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. I come from a family where adopting and caring for animals especially those in need.

8 years ago, I adopted my own dog from the streets of Turkey. At first, he was anxious, reactive, and had trouble trusting people. But over time, through patience, love, and consistent training, he became calm, loyal companion he is today. Now, he walks perfectly on a leash, joins me at work every day, and gets along beautifully with other dogs—and even with our four cats at home.

In fact, every one of our pets has been rescued from the street. Between my dog, my mum’s dog, and our cats, our family is full of furry members—all of whom are treated with care and respect. I’ve grown up in this environment, and being responsible for their well-being is second nature to me.

I’m deeply attentive to their needs, especially because I know animals can’t tell us when something is wrong. That’s why I stay closely connected with my best friend, who is a veterinarian in Turkey. I talk to him at least twice a day—not just for questions about my pets, but also to make sure I’m always up to date and aware. One of my cats is diabetic, so keeping a close eye on her condition and checking in for advice is part of my daily routine.
