Hello,

My name is Sara (33) and I live in Venlo with my partner Simão (30) and our dog Oliver (7). We have no kids. 

We are Portuguese and moved from Germany to the Netherlands about a year ago, where we recently bought our home. 😊

I grew up with dogs my whole life and have always loved being around them. Even though we are new to dog sitting through platforms, we have plenty of experience caring for our own dogs over the years and we would truly love to take care of your dog as if they were part of our family. 😊

We live in a quiet residential area with nice parks within walking distance. Our house is spacious and we also have a garden where dogs can relax and play.

Our dog Oliver is a 7-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He is extremely friendly, loves cuddles and playtime, and gets along with all the other dogs. He is used to having free access to the whole house and so will your dog! 😊

I work from home 1–2 days per week and in the other days 09:00-17:00 in the office, and my partner works shifts, which means our dog is never alone for more than about 4 hours. We take Oli out three times a day, including one longer walk so he can properly exercise.

A typical day includes walks, playtime, relaxation in the house or garden, and lots of cuddles.
We would always try to keep your dog’s routine similar to what they are used to at home so they would feel comfortable.

We would also send you regular updates and photos so you can see how your dog is doing while you’re away.

We also have cameras at home to check on our dog whenever we step out.

We prefer to host only a small number of dogs at a time so we can give them our full attention and care.

We are also happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, feeding schedule and any special instructions to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

We know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you trust, and we will treat your dog with the same love and care we give Oli.

Spoken languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and German. I can also understand pretty good Dutch but unfortunately cannot speak yet 😊
