Welcome dear reader, My name is Diana, and I live in Rijswijk. Growing up in the countryside of Romania, I came to love animals and nature. And so does my son. We cannot have a pet in our home, but we would love to be involved in other pets' lives. With Pawshake, I have worked since July 2021 and I have had a wonderful experience so far. I took care of cats, rabbits, lizards, tortoises, freshwater snails, walked dogs and watered the plants. I also cleaned the house and made suggestions on toy type and lifestyle (of pets). I have the life experience of taking care of animals and vegetables in my grandparents' village. I took care of cows, donkeys, pigs, ducks, geeses, chickens and many more. I also took care of the vegetable garden, wineyard, agriculture crops and fruit trees. While being a student in Romania, I occasionally did pet sitting at my friend's house or taking the pet (dog) at my home from a few days up to two weeks. Even cooked for a dog and shared vacations together in the countryside of Romania. Never cook a sausage with a dog around! Having a small child, the pet will get extra attention, care and love, as they will play together. We are a small family of three, parents and child. I am flexible with my time. I take care of the pet at his/her home. I would also love to go out for a walk and to have play time together. I do not have restrictions on pet size or type, only that I prefer the dogs to be trained. I welcome all the pets, no differences, no preferences. More on a personal level, I like outdoor activities, being outside at least two hours in the winter and three hours in the summer. Considering the weather conditions in the Netherlands, I am flexible and easy to adjust to.I was trained and worked as a geologist, therefore, I am used to being outside regardless of the weather condition. While looking after your pet, I can also wet your plants and do light tidy up. I will take photos of your pet. I can help with decluttering and organizing your house. I can make suggestions on saving energy and circulareconomy - 3Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle). My approach to life becomes more and more minimalistic on all levels: to keep useful things that do good to me, to remove those things that do not do good to me. I do not have a police clearance certificate. I am currently busy looking to take training and obtain certificates on pet sitting, pet nutrition, dog walking. I speak native Romanian, advanced English and good Dutch. As I live in Rijswijk, postal code 2283 HG, I prefer visits within a radius of 5 km from my home. 10% off listed prices if you live under 1 km from me. 10% extra of listed prices if you live more than 5 km from me. I am looking forward to new adventures. May the sun brighten your path!
