Hi! My name is Iva and I have been living in Amsterdam for the past 5 years. I am currently in my final year of studies in the food industry. I originally come from the warm south of Croatia, where I grew up in a home full of animals.

My family has always been big cat lovers. During my childhood my sister and I had seven different cats, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my daily life. We also had a dog and even a parrot, so our house often felt like a small zoo! Taking care of animals, feeding them, playing with them and making sure they feel safe and loved has always been something I truly enjoy.

Since moving to Amsterdam I realized how much I miss having animals around me. I would love to have my own cat, but at the moment I still travel to Croatia from time to time and until I settle down more permanently, I feel it wouldn’t be fair to have my own pet.

That’s why I’m very excited about pet sitting. It allows me to spend time with animals while helping owners feel relaxed knowing their pets are in caring hands. I have a lot of experience with cats and I understand their different personalities and needs.

I live alone in a quiet studio apartment and I’m a responsible and tidy person. I would be very happy to take care of your cat and give them attention, playtime and lots of love while you are away.
