A lifelong love for animals 🐾

I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. I grew up with a Siberian Husky who was a wonderful part of our family and got to the age of 16. After she sadly passed away, we decided to give another dog a loving home and adopted a sweet rescue dog from a shelter. He was the sweetest dog and a mix of Sheltie and Whippet and quickly became an important part of our family.

When I turned 18, it was finally time for a dog of my own. That’s when my little Star came into my life. She was a Chihuahua with a huge personality and brought so much joy and companionship into my life. Sadly, she passed away 3 years ago.

I’m not quite ready to welcome another dog into my own home just yet, but I really miss having animals around me. That’s one of the reasons I started pet sitting. It gives me the opportunity to spend time with wonderful animals while giving their owners peace of mind that their beloved pets are in caring and trustworthy hands.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to look after some truly lovely cats and dogs, from cuddly companions to those with a little more character! I’m very grateful for every opportunity and would love to get to know your pet too. ❤️

My love for animals doesn’t stop at cats and dogs. I started horse riding when I was seven and have always enjoyed being around different kinds of animals. Our family has also included a little black rabbit, two adorable dwarf hamsters and even Koi fish — which I managed to train to eat directly from my hand! 🐟

For me, pet sitting is more than simply looking after an animal. It’s about giving them attention, affection and the care they’re used to, while making sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy while their owners are away. 

🐾 Services I Offer

🏡 Overnight House Sitting — Full-Time Care

For pets who are happiest in their own home, I offer full-time overnight house sitting. This means your pet can stay in their familiar surroundings and keep their usual routine while you’re away.

This includes:

• 🐕 Two walks per day for dogs, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on their needs and energy level
• 🍽️ Feeding according to your pet’s usual routine
• 💧 Fresh water
• 🪮 Brushing when needed
• 🦴 Treats
• 🧸 Plenty of playtime, attention and cuddles
• 💊 Administration of oral medication or ointments
• 🧹 Light cleaning around the home, so you can return to a tidy house

For longer stays of more than one month, I also include a bath for dogs, so they can come home clean, fresh and looking their best. 🛁🐶

I’m comfortable administering oral medication and applying ointments. The only things I’m not comfortable with are injections and nail clipping.

🏠 Home Visits — 30 Minutes

If your pet doesn’t need someone to stay overnight, a home visit is a great option. I’ll come to your home and make sure your pet gets the care, attention and company they need while you’re away.

A 30-minute visit includes:

• 🍽️ Feeding
• 💧 Fresh water
• 🦴 A treat
• 🧸 Playtime and interaction
• ❤️ Cuddles and attention
• 💊 Oral medication or ointments, if required

The standard visit is 30 minutes, but additional time can be discussed and added if your pet needs it.

I’m comfortable administering oral medication and applying ointments. The only things I’m not comfortable with are injections and nail clipping.

🐕 Dog Walking — 30 Minutes

I offer 30-minute dog walks, with additional time available if your dog needs a longer walk.

Before the first walk, we’ll discuss a route that your dog is comfortable with and familiar with. I’ll always take your dog’s personality, walking habits and individual needs into consideration.

I also have experience walking dogs who need to wear a muzzle, so this is absolutely no problem.

Every walk includes:

• 🐾 A 30-minute walk
• 🌳 A familiar and comfortable route
• 🐕 Individual attention and care
• 🧼 Paw cleaning on rainy or muddy days

Additional walking time can be arranged if needed.
