I grew up around a wide variety of animals at different times, from dogs, cats, and guinea pigs to bearded dragons and chickens. It was instilled in me early to care properly for animals and a passion for understanding and caring for animals blossomed from that. 

I am on my way to studying Zoology and Ecology as an undergraduate and have moved to Cambridge for that purpose. I have experience caring for pets since I was 4 (with help from my mother).

Since I moved, I miss my pets from home (2 cats, 3 dogs) every day and I hope that through pet sitting I can spend time around other animals until I can see them again!

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in my accommodation through the tenancy agreement so I will not be able to bring any animals inside.
I have experience live feeding reptiles including my bearded dragon from childhood, albeit just locusts and mealworms, as well as handling small animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits.

I have experience with both timid and energetic dogs, which has provided me with the understanding of how to approach each. I'm not intimidated by animals, but understand their need for space and adjustment time, especially around new people. I understand how to respect a pet's personal space as well as play with them.

I have walked big and small dogs, from retrievers to pugs to border terriers.
