I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, they tend to feel calm, safe, and at ease around me almost instantly. I’m patient, gentle, and genuinely love spending time with them, whether it’s a playful walk, quiet companionship, or caring for them while you’re away.

I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and well cared for. Every pet is different, some are full of energy, others are more shy and I take the time to understand their personality, routine, and needs. And of course… there are always cuddles available if they want them.``I grew up in South Africa surrounded by animals, dogs, cats, horses, and more on a farm where caring for them was part of everyday life. I also have hands-on experience working with animals, including time at the SPCA and in a horse care unit, which has given me confidence handling different temperaments and situations.

🐾 My approach & routine

• Walks are tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, and routine (typically 30–60 minutes)

• I stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule to keep them relaxed and secure

• I ensure fresh water is always available and pets are comfortable at all times

• I provide updates and photos so you feel reassured while you're away

🐾 Time alone

I don’t believe dogs should be left alone for long periods. As a general guideline, I avoid leaving dogs alone for more than 2–3 hours at a time (depending on age and needs), to minimise stress and ensure they feel safe and cared for.

🐾 Feeding & care

• I follow your exact feeding instructions (portions, timing, dietary needs)

• Happy to accommodate special diets, medication, or routines

• I keep feeding areas clean and monitor appetite and behaviour

🐾 Health & safety

Your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority. For everyone’s safety, I ask that pets in my care are up to date with vaccinations (including core vaccines like parvovirus, distemper, and kennel cough where applicable).
