I have always been surrounded by animals, and caring for them has been a natural part of my life. I grew up with cats, parrots and guinea pigs, which taught me early on how much joy, comfort and companionship animals bring. Now, while I am living abroad and working on my PhD, I really miss having pets in my daily life. Pet sitting allows me to bring that happiness back while helping others feel confident that their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I can currently only catsit during the week, as my work schedule (9–5) makes it hard to reliably walk dogs during lunch hours. For cats, I am happy to come by before or after work to feed them, play with them, clean the litter and give them company. If you would like your cat to stay over at my house, important to mention that my apartment (big studio) is ~30m2, so please make sure that your cat would be comfortable with that. I can always send a video and we can discuss it further.

For dogs, I can dog-sit on weekends or come to your house for walks. I am available for morning and evening walks on weekdays, so if that fits your dog’s routine, I am happy to help. I cannot dog-sit during office hours.

I have experience looking after cats for my neighbours, and each time it has gone smoothly. Their pets were always relaxed, well-fed and happy when they returned. I take time to understand each animal’s personality, whether they are shy, energetic or independent, and I adapt my approach to match what makes them feel secure.

For dogs, I offer calm and structured walks, playtime and plenty of attention. I enjoy exploring parks and quiet routes, and I always tailor the length and pace of walks to the dog’s age, size and energy level. At home, pets are supervised, kept in a clean and safe environment, and given space to settle in at their own rhythm.

I also welcome both vaccinated and unvaccinated pets and will always follow your preferences regarding routines, feeding, litter cleaning, medication, or any special care instructions. My goal is to create a warm, caring atmosphere so that your pets feel at home with me until you return.
