Hi there, pet parent! I'm Christina, a US-expat living in the Lombok area. As a fellow pet parent for as long as I can remember (30+ years now as I won't count being a young child!), I understand the stress about finding support when you need someone to help with watching your furry friend. Currently the pet-mom to cat, Loki, and dog, Wilson. I also have experience with elderly pets that need extra special care (medication, vet visits, puppy pads, diapers, etc.).

Back in the US, I would help watch the pets of my friends both at their home and mine when they would go on holiday. Moving abroad, I desperately felt the stress about finding my own help when needed and thought I could help others. I started pet-sitting here in Utrecht in 2023. 

I was made redundant in 2024 and have focused on pet sitting full-time while navigating a challenging job market. I am also now doing freelance work in the non-profit space during US hours. 

Services I offer: 

- Dog walking - able to do multiple walks a day (20 -30 minutes each). Please note that for walks 1 hour+, there will be an additional fee.

- Drop Ins - typically between 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the needs of your pet(s). Should you require more time or more of a babysitter (1 hour+), additional fees for my time will be required.

- Home sitting - including feeding, administration of meds, brushing, baths, with cats - litter box cleaning, including overnight stays, and of course, lots and lots of love. 

Should the distance to your home require me to take public transport, I kindly ask for this amount to be reimbursed.

Fun fact - I make it a habit to become friends with all the street animals on any of my travels. My husband finds it equally annoying and hilarious.
