Hi, I’m Anastasia! Animals have always had a very special place in my heart. I grew up with a dog whom I absolutely loved, and I know how much our pets become part of our family.

I’m a Psychological Counsellor, so I also understand something that is often overlooked in pet sitting: leaving your beloved pet with a stranger can be stressful for the owner too. You may wonder if your pet is comfortable, whether they are being cared for properly, or if they are missing you. I want you to feel reassured and confident while you’re away.

I’m naturally calm, patient and attentive, and I pay close attention to a pet’s behaviour and mood. I try to notice when a dog or cat is excited, nervous, tired, curious or simply needs some space. I don’t believe in forcing interaction, I let each pet get comfortable with me at their own pace.

For dog walks, I adapt the walk to your dog’s age, energy level, personality and usual routine. I’m happy to follow your preferred route and instructions, and I make sure your dog gets both the exercise and attention they need.

For home visits, I can take care of feeding, fresh water, walks or litter, playtime, cuddles (if your pet wants them!), and simply keeping them company. I’ll follow your usual routine as closely as possible because I know that familiar routines can help pets feel safe when their owner is away.

I’m also very happy to send you regular updates and photos, so you don’t have to wonder how your furry friend is doing. If I notice anything unusual in their behaviour or wellbeing, I’ll let you know promptly and follow your instructions on what to do.

I absolutely love animals, but unfortunately I can’t have a pet of my own in my apartment because of the terms of my rental contract. That’s actually one of the reasons I’m so happy to offer pet sitting — it gives me the chance to spend time with wonderful animals and give them the care, attention and affection I would love to give my own.
