A little about me 🐾

Hi! I’m Klaudia, an international student living in Utrecht, and a dog lover currently suffering from a serious case of missing-my-dog syndrome. Moving to the Netherlands was exciting, but leaving my furry best friend back home? Definitely one of the downsides!

I grew up surrounded by animals, from having a puppy at home to visiting practically every farm and zoo in my hometown. Let’s just say animals have always had a special place in my heart, and I’m usually the person who spots a dog before spotting anyone else on the street. Yes, I will probably ask to say hello!

My love for animals goes beyond cuddles and belly rubs. Back in my home country, I took care of dogs, and I also volunteered at Laws4Paws, an animal shelter in Vietnam. I helped care for the animals, walked the dogs, made sure they were fed and comfortable, and helped take them to the vet when needed. This experience taught me the importance of patience, responsibility and making every animal feel safe and loved.

What can I offer?

Whether your dog is a tiny puppy with endless energy, a senior who prefers a slower pace, or a big dog who thinks they’re a lap dog, I’m happy to adapt to their personality and needs!

I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes and ages, following feeding routines, administering medication when needed, and keeping a close eye on their wellbeing. I understand that every dog has their own personality, so I always aim to provide care that suits their individual needs, energy levels and temperament.

My services include dog walking, home visits, feeding, refreshing water, playtime, companionship and overnight stays at the owner’s home. I’m happy to follow your instructions, respect your house rules and maintain your dog’s usual routine as much as possible.

Where I provide care

I provide care at the owner’s home, where dogs can stay in their familiar environment and feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I can also take your dog outdoors for walks, fresh air, exercise and plenty of sniffing adventures!

I prefer caring for dogs in their own homes rather than hosting them at my accommodation. I share a relatively small place with others, so your home is a much better setting for your furry friend!

Dog walks tailored to your dog

My walks typically last around 30 minutes, but I’m happy to adjust the duration according to your preferences and your dog’s age, energy level and needs. Whether your dog enjoys a relaxed stroll with lots of sniffing or a more energetic walk, I’ll do my best to make every outing enjoyable.

I’m also happy to follow your preferred walking routes, routines and any specific instructions you may have. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness always come first!

Home visits and overnight stays

During home visits, I can feed your dog, refresh their water, take them outside for toilet breaks, provide companionship and playtime, and make sure they’re doing well. I can also arrange overnight stays at your home, helping your dog feel comfortable and keeping their usual routine while you’re away.

I’ll always follow your care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking preferences and any special requirements. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Flexibility and communication

I’m flexible with scheduling and will do my best to accommodate your needs, whether you’re looking for regular dog walks, occasional home visits or someone to look after your furry friend while you’re away.

As a student living in Utrecht, I can often arrange my schedule around your dog’s routine, depending on my study and work commitments. I’m happy to discuss your preferred times, your dog’s habits and any particular needs in advance so we can find an arrangement that works for everyone.

I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos during my visits, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family member is in good hands. Expect updates, happy-walk pictures and probably a few photos of your dog being adorable!

A little disclaimer

I’m unfortunately allergic to cats, so dogs are definitely my specialty!
