About Me
Hello! I’m a 23-year-old student at Maastricht University and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve been living in here for about a year and half and would love to combine my flexible student schedule with caring for your pets, whether that’s dog walking, more intensive pet sitting or just popping in for a short visit to check up on them and while you’re away. I am living in the center and commute via bike so can travel around the city within reason.

My Experience with Animals
I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life and have experience caring for both dogs, cats and smaller pets of different ages and temperaments. Currently, I’m doing a long-term cat sit (7 months), which is great experience in independently providing consistent daily care and monitoring wellbeing for pets. While living with Sushi and Kaju (until the end of January) I'll have to prioritze being available to feed them on schedule during the day and make sure i'm keeping them company during the night (and of course provding plenty of belly rubs, ear scracthes etc). However my current schedule still allows me lots of time to commit to visits and dog-walking :).

Some of my experience with pets include:

• Puppy potty training and basic obedience.
• Administering medication and monitoring minor injuries.
• Transporting pets to vet visits.
• Basic grooming.
• Raising newborn kittens.
• Long walks with energetic dogs who need extra exercise. I also run and would be happy to try this out too if your dog has a need for speed.
• Caring for small pets like rabbits, including cage cleaning and feeding.

What I Offer

• I’m happy to care for pets with different personalities, from shyer pets cats who need patience and calm company, to the more playful ones who need to expend a lot of energy through play. I’m also comfortable with senior pets or those needing special care. I can take care of multiple pets at once, and I’m glad to help with small house tasks (watering plants, bringing in mail) while you’re away. I usually send photo updates so you can feel reassured your pets are safe and happy.
• Walks of any length, from short potty breaks to long, active walks. I can work with most dogs but wouldn't be comfortable handling very large breeds that aren't trained yet.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends).
• Reliable care for cats, dogs, and small animals (like rabbits).
• A patient, calm approach demeanour with lots of affection and understanding for your pet's specific needs.
