Welcome fellow animal lover! I call myself the Furry Fairy - because I do wonders for your pet!

I have always been inspired by, and drawn to animals. Growing up in Greece, I encountered a lot of poor injured and afraid stray animals. Through taking care of them, volunteering as a veterinary assistant, and volunteering at a wildlife rescue center, I have learned how to provide first aid to many species of animals, mend them, and handle them. I have also experience with animal blood collection, and intravenous medication dosing. I have also studied a course of animal behavior, as I believe that is the most important skill as an animal carer, you have to understand those that do not have a voice. It is fair to say I cannot imagine myself living without being surrounded by animals, they give me such pleasure by just being around, and being happy.

I work for a pharmaceutical company in quality assurance. Due to my role I work very flexibly, and only work on site 1-2 days a week.This means that your pet will always have company! 

I currently have one beautiful boy named Skye, he is an Alaskan Malamute cross. We adopted him from a rescue center after about 6 previous owners could not handle him. It has been a challenge training Skye, but I can proudly confirm now that he is the most well behaved, friendliest and sweetest dog you will ever meet! We take him with us everywhere that he is allowed to go, as he loves adventures. I have undertaken courses for dog positive reinforcement trainings for Skye and it has helped me immensely, and I know I can apply it when I interact with your pet.

I also have 2 beautiful fluffy cats named Mylo and Runa. They are the loveliest cats you will ever see. They follow me everywhere, sleep with me, cuddle all day and talk ( I have full blown conversations with them - I mean it! )

I decided to join pawshake as an animal carer because I know what it feels like when you leave your pet in someone's care.. Are they going to take good care of my baby? Are they going to give him enough attention? Are they going to pet him and make sure he is not stressed due to the separation from his owner? Well - I want to be the person that can say yes - I will make sure your pet barely notices you are not there! I will ensure that I will treat our pets like my own and that he/she finds comfort in my lap. I also will ensure that you find comfort in my service, I will be available by phone or text anytime you need, and will send you photos/videos of your beloved pet to make sure you know they are safe and happy!

If you decide to bring your pet for boarding at our home, you should know we have a lot of space! Our house also had a medium size garden where your pet can enjoy some sunlight and nature, and our pets are very docile and friendly to any other pet. They are all vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. There is a beautiful park and forest very close to our home, as well.
