Hello nice to meet you I’m Giorgia! :) I’m an Italian living in Groningen and I truly love animals. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with dogs and cats (I've been raised with both), and I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet when you’re away! 

I am a calm, responsible, and attentive person who enjoys long walks, quiet time at home, and creating a safe environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I live in Vismarkt with my Dutch boyfriend in a 100 squared meters apartment with lots of space, and he loves pets too! We often take care of our friends' pets while they are busy/on vacation, and I have already done petsitting several times. My longest was taking care of a dog at my place for 2 weeks, and I loved it! Back in Italy I also did some volounteering in dogs' shelters, and my family always owned both dogs and cats :) 

I’m working as a freelancer in marketing so I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule, which means your pet can receive plenty of attention, care, and supervision! I’ll make sure they stick to their routine as much as possible and feel loved while you’re away :) usual walks happen a few times per day and last up to 1 hour, but clearly that depends on the type of dog and needs. I also have experience with energetic dogs. I have never taken care of an anxious dog before, but open to give it a try! 

When caring for a new pet, I always take the time to understand their personality, routine, and specific needs. I live in a safe, pet-friendly home and make sure pets are supervised and comfortable throughout the day. I only accept a number of pets that I can give proper attention to, and I always follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medication, and any special requirements. 

Also, I like keeping owners updated with photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your best friend is happy, safe, and well cared for. Let's chat! :)
