Heyy, I am Vera, i'm 24 years old, dutch, and a student here in Groningen. I grew up with a lot of cats in the house and a small dog, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. When walking I can't resist petting a cat when i see one, it makes my day. I have experience with catsitting.

As a petsitter i think it's important to adapt the care for each animal. Some animals might need walks, playtime and attention while others simply need some company. I treat every animal as if it is my own and aim to make the animal and the owner feel safe and comfortable while away. 

I am open to care for all animals: dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits etc. For every animal I would like details on how best to take care of it and what is their personality. Because of physical limitations I won't take care of/ walk big dogs or dogs that are known to tug hard on their leash. By getting to know the animal before taking care of them and/or going on walks I will have a good idea of the personality of the animal to ensure its and my safety. Before petsitting when the owner is away, information about the usual vet is also wanted.

24 hour service involves (if wanted) me staying in your place and taking care of your animal in the way and place it is used to. It includes 1-3 walks a day for dogs and attention/ playtime/ cuddles for every animal (depending on the animal). Times will be discussed. 

Walks will be 20 minutes to an hour depending on the animal, which can be discussed.

Petsitting once or twice a day involves taking care of the animal by feeding, playing with them and giving some attention. This will be around 30 minutes each time. Walks and petsitting will be between 9.00 and 21.00
