Hi! I’m Eleonora, an Italian living and working in Amsterdam. I work in Corporate Finance, and outside of work I love travelling, being active and, of course, spending time with animals.

I’ve always been an animal lover and grew up surrounded by pets, including hamsters, turtles, a cat and a dog. Having a dog for many years means I’m very comfortable around them and familiar with their everyday needs and routines. I don’t have a pet of my own at the moment, so I thought Pawshake would be the perfect opportunity to spend more time with dogs again while helping owners who need someone reliable and caring. I genuinely enjoy going for walks, playing with them and simply having some furry company around! 

I’d love to start by caring for small and medium-sized dogs. During the week, from Monday to Thursday, I’m generally available for evening walks after work, usually between 19:00 and 21:00. Fridays and weekends are much more flexible for me, so I’m happy to arrange daytime walks, day care or longer stays depending on what you and your dog need. I’m also happy to welcome your dog into my home for overnight stays if needed.
For walks, I’m usually happy to spend around 30–60 minutes outside, depending on your dog’s needs, energy level and usual routine. I enjoy walking around the neighbourhood and in nearby parks and green areas.

For day care and overnight stays, your dog would stay with me in my apartment and be part of my normal routine, with regular walks, playtime and plenty of attention and company. I would always follow the owner’s usual schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks and any specific habits. During weekends I can spend most of the day with them, while on weekdays we can discuss in advance how long your dog is comfortable being left alone so I can make sure the arrangement is suitable for both of us.

Most importantly, I want your dog to feel comfortable and at home with me, and for you to feel relaxed knowing they’re in good hands!
