Heyy, I'm Ashley, a 21-year-old student living in the Netherlands. I'm originally from Aruba, and my parents are Colombian, so I grew up with a mix of both cultures. I'm fluent in Dutch since my studies are fully in Dutch, and I'm also fluent in English and Spanish.

My mom is a big animal lover, so I grew up being around animals including dogs, cats, birds, and even chickens. Back home we still have a 7-year-old cat named Joaquina.

Since moving to the Netherlands, I've missed having pets around, and pet sitting felt like the perfect way to fix that.

When I take care of pets, I usually make sure they have their walks, playtime, feeding, and just company throughout the day depending on their needs and routine. Since it's currently summer vacation, my schedule is very flexible, so I'll be able to spend a lot of time with your pet during daycare. I’m also really flexible with routines and will follow whatever schedule the pet is used to so they feel comfortable and safe.

I tailor walks to each dog's needs, but most walks are around 30 minutes. For more energetic dogs, I'm happy to go on longer walks so they can burn off some extra energy.

In case of an emergency, I will first try to contact the owner immediately and follow their instructions. If I can’t reach them, I will make sure the pet gets the necessary care right away and go to a vet if. 

You can also expect regular updates from me with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing.

Whether it's going for walks, playing, feeding them, or simply keeping them company, I'll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'll treat your pet with the same care and attention I would give my own.
