I live in The Hague with my mini poodle pup Taro, who accompanies me absolutely everywhere. That said, any visiting dog will need to get along with young, small dogs like him, so we can all maintain a calm and happy environment 🙏🏽

When I was younger, I fostered a golden retriever puppy and was also a bunny parent. Since then, I've lived in several cities across Europe, co-living with many cats and dogs along the way. Before settling in the Hague, I also did dog and house-sitting through the TrustedHouseSitters platform.

As seen in the photos:

- Evi and Monti, the mini schnauzers, were a force of nature and very early risers. They never got tired and definitely bumped my social life and step count.

- I looked after Teddy, the bichon frise, in his home twice - the second time with Taro. Teddy wasn't very fond of puppies, which made things challenging, but we managed well together.

- Yappie, the toy poodle, much like my Taro, was quite sensitive and didn’t like being left alone. We spent 2 months together and had a lot of fun sneaking him into the GP and the dentist's office.

- Freddie, the wire-haired dachshund, was so disciplined and funny. By far the most easy-going dog I've ever sat. He even slept happily in his crate.

My experience is mostly with small to medium-sized breeds, but I love all dogs equally (and so does Taro)🐶

I work from home as a tech writer and am open to doggy daycare and boarding requests. At the moment, I can only accept small dogs up to 10 kg.
