Hi everyone! I’m Alejandro, a human rights lawyer living and working in The Hague.

I’m a big animal lover, and especially (but not exclusively!) a cat person. I have two cats, Macarena and Carmela — Carmela is the one in my profile picture. I rescued both of them from the streets, and I lived with them for eight years. They now live in Colombia with my parents, and I miss them a lot!

I’ve always loved taking care of animals, and I’m often the person my friends turn to when they need someone to look after their pets while they’re away for work or holidays. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and I love getting to know their personalities and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

I’d be happy to visit your pets (cats and dogs) while you’re away (could be between 30 mins and one hour) give them food and fresh water, play with them, keep them company and, of course, give them plenty of cuddles and pets (if they’re into that!).

I’m reliable, caring and happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any specific instructions you may have.
