Hi, I'm Rodrigo. I am an Engineering student from Mexico living here with a huge passion for animals. Back home, I grew up surrounded by pets, so being on Pawshake is a wonderful way for me to stay connected with animals while I am studying abroad.

I offer more than just basic pet sitting because I have a solid background in shelter volunteering. This hands-on experience taught me how to read animal body language, handle basic training, and provide emotional support to shy or rescue animals.

I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, from energetic puppies to seniors who need a slower pace. I have specific experience handling reactive dogs. If your dog needs a confident handler who stays calm and follows instructions, I am a great fit. I am also happy to look after cats and birds.

My university schedule is quite flexible, so I can easily make time for walks and sitting when you need me. I am fluent in English and Spanish (no Dutch yet!). I promise to treat your home and your pet with the utmost respect, and I’m always happy to send photo updates so you can relax knowing they are happy.
