Hi! My name is Isah, I’m 25 years old and I’m from Amsterdam. Since I was a baby, I’ve always lived with cats – so when I moved out, the very first thing on my to-do list was to adopt one! Now I live with a very cuddly and sweet Russian Blue who loves attention (and sitting on my keyboard). 

I also have experience with dogs. While living abroad, I cared for two energetic Belgian Malinois puppies. Back home in Amsterdam, I walk a neighbour’s dog twice a week while she’s at work, and I’ve had a sweet Labradoodle stay at my place for a few nights.

I'm currently studying Orthopedagogy/Child Behaviour Sciences which helps me understand behaviour, routines and individual needs, which suprisingly translates well into caring for animals too. In my free time, I enjoy taking care of other people’s pets. When friends go on holiday, I’m often the one they trust to look after their pets.

For dogs: I enjoy going to the park for long walks and playing fetch, but I’m just as happy taking it slow with older or more anxious dogs. I’m calm, reliable, and always tune in to what your pet needs – whether that’s playtime, cuddles, or simply quiet company. Every animal has its own rhythm and I know how to adapt to that.

For cats: I’m of course familiar with feeding routines, cleaning the litter box, playing, and giving cuddles(if they’re in the mood – because, as we all know, that’s entirely up to them)

I offer house sitting for both cats and dogs, as well as dog walks – mainly in my own area (Houthavens or up to Oud-West). Feel free to send me a message, I’d love to meet your furry friend! 💛
