Hello, I'm available for spring break 25 April -3 May🌸

My name is Anna. I'm 31 years old and have been living in Amsterdam with my boyfriend for two years. Since I'm currently looking for a dream job and have flexible schedule and spare time, I would be happy to become a companion and provide care for your cat during your vacation or work trip because I adore animals, and, let's be honest, especially cats. For me it's the ideal side-job!

I have been surrounded by cats throughout my childhood: our family had two cats, Puma and Vasiliy, since I was 3, and I grew up in a region where there were many stray cats. So, I guess I didn't even have a chance not to fall in love with these smart little creatures. Unfortunately, I have never had my own pet in adulthood because of digital nomad periods and traveling, but I was always that friend who would look after cats during vacations or work trips (my oldest loyal "clients" are cats of my friend with whom I stay from time to time since 2015). Sometimes, I even specifically rented vacation apartments with cats to live with them while their owners were away (saying "Hi!" to my Istanbul Airbnb hosts☺️). My longest stay with a cat (and dog!) was in 2020 when we lived with an orange cat named Hunter and a German Spitz Gunter while their owner was relocating abroad. And in Amsterdam we already hosted cats at our home over two Christmas holidays! I also volunteered as a dog walker at my hometown animal shelter, it was very valuable experience, but I understood, that I lack training and experience to work with dogs, so I only work with cats now.

I appreciate the diverse personalities of cats and will always be attentive to their special needs and signals. I would be happy to cuddle or play during visits or just do what is necessary and stay around reading, doing Duolingo if your cat doesn't feel like communicating. You can always ask me to collect mail or water plants as well. And of course be ready for regular photo reports because I lo-o-ove to capture cute moments on camera!

❔As I do not have many reviews yet, feel free to ask me any additional questions. I also try to arrange an in-person meeting as soon as possible so that you have enough time to make decision about booking and feel calm that you have confirmed sitter well before your trip. 

📍Location: Based in Amsterdam's Zuid (Stadionbuurt-Zuidas) I would be happy to visit or stay for a short period with your pets in this neighborhood or close by areas.

🧾My price per visit may seem a bit high, but I calculate it considering that visit lasts for around an hour or more (including commute) and Pawshake commission which is 19% per booking:)
