Hi! I’m Jan, a 28-year-old dog lover living in the Jordaan, Amsterdam. I work at a music agency and have the flexibility to work from home when I’m caring for dogs, which means your dog won’t be left alone for long and will receive plenty of attention throughout the day.

Although I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’ve grown up around dogs and have regularly looked after the pets of family and friends. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and enjoy getting to know each one’s unique personality. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I offer doggy day care, overnight boarding, and home visits. I’m surrounded by great parks and walking routes, and I make sure every dog gets at least three walks a day (and more if they enjoy it!). I live alone in a comfortable apartment, allowing me to provide a calm environment and give your dog my full attention.

I’m someone who pays close attention to detail and always wants to do things properly. I’ll carefully follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions so they feel as settled as possible while you’re away. I’m also happy to administer medication if clear instructions are provided.

I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your dog, so I’ll happily send regular photo and video updates to give you peace of mind.
