Hi! My name is Vanessa and I am a reliable and caring pet sitter based in the Jordaan in Amsterdam. I have grown up with pets my entire life and have experience caring for both cats and dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities. Being surrounded by animals from a young age has taught me how important patience, attention and affection are for every pet’s wellbeing. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available on weekdays, evenings and weekends, allowing me to adapt easily to your pet’s routine.

I offer dog walking, home visits and pet sitting with plenty of attention, playtime and cuddles. Dog walks usually last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your dog’s age, energy level and routine. Living in the Jordaan means there are many lovely places nearby for enjoyable walks and outdoor time.

I am comfortable caring for multiple pets at the same time and can follow specific feeding schedules, administer basic medication and adapt to special care instructions when needed. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my priority.

During bookings I keep owners updated with regular messages, photos and videos so you know how your pet is doing while you are away. In case of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and follow your instructions while ensuring your pet receives the appropriate care.

As a cat owner myself, I understand how important trust and communication are when leaving your pet with someone else. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime or simply relaxing on the sofa, I will make sure they feel safe, loved and at home with me. I grew up my whole life with pets.
