Welcome! I’m Aletta, and the little white fluffball in the photos is Tinie - my sweet, gentle Maltese-Poodle mix and proud “foster fail”! 💕 She’s 4 years old, well-socialized, and loves the company of other dogs—especially when the match is right. I’ve been around dogs my whole life - mostly rescues - and since 2016 I’ve fostered different breeds and personalities. I currently work part-time for an African healthcare non-profit, which allows me to work from home most days. Because Tinie enjoys having another dog around, we’ve opened our home to offer a calm, safe space for the right guest. 🐾 What I offer: One guest dog at a time – your pup gets full attention and care. A peaceful, affectionate home with space and time to settle in Daily walks tailored to your dog’s needs (20–30+ mins per walk). Westerpark nearby for relaxed strolls and fun sniffs. Toys, cozy spots, and - if your dog enjoys it - lots of cuddles! During the initial settling-in period, I ensure your dog isn’t left alone. Once they’re relaxed and confident, I may step out briefly if needed & in consultation with you - but only for short periods and never if they seem unsettled. Regular photo and video updates, because I know how reassuring that is as a fellow dog owner. 💛 Important: Since Tinie is my initial priority, a good match between her and any guest dog is essential. She’s friendly, but I want to make sure every stay is stress-free and positive - for both dogs. That’s why I always recommend a meet & greet first, to see how they interact in a calm setting. My approach is patient, intuitive, and always centered around making your dog feel safe, relaxed, and loved. If it feels like a match, we’d be honored to be your dog’s home-away-from-home. Let’s connect and see if our home - and Tinie 🐾 - are the right fit for your dog! 🐶✨
