Animal lover with a lifetime of hands-on experience. I grew up with two cats in the house, and now I happily spoil my own cat at home. I’ve also spent years around dogs, since my sister’s husband runs a dog shelter and I regularly visit to walk and care for the dogs there.

That experience has taught me to read each animal’s personality and adjust accordingly. For active, energetic dogs, I’m happy to walk for an hour or more, rain or shine. For quieter, more homely pets, I’m just as content staying in, keeping them company, and playing with toys, especially with cats. I talk to animals so they get familiar with my voice, and I follow their lead, giving them space or affection depending on what they need.

I can follow specific routines, from feeding schedules to basic care like medication or grooming reminders, and I’m flexible with timing to fit your pet’s usual rhythm. I live in a house with a garden, surrounded by greenery, ideal for dogs who want to relax and play outdoors.
