I couldn't be happier with the care provided for my two dogs! She was incredibly nice, attentive, and maintained fantastic communication throughout my entire trip. Getting regular updates, photos, and videos gave me complete peace of mind, allowing me to fully enjoy my vacation. My dogs were completely comfortable with her and absolutely adored her! "We left our cat with Hellen and her partner for 1 month. Our cat can be scared of new people and new things, but Hellen was very patient and after a week our cat was very happy with them. Absolutely highly recommended cat sitter!"

"Our old girl Mille had a wonderful stay with Roberta and Rafael. They are both warm, caring and thoughtful dog sitters who gave Mille the same love and care as if she was their own. Roberto and Rafael listened carefully to our concerns and made sure their time together was at the pace which suited Mille the best. We picked up a happy dog, and we couldn't be more grateful. Both before and during our absence communication was fast and we received plenty of photos and updates leaving us assured that Mille was doing well and had a wonderful time.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend Roberta and Rafael to anyone looking for a sitter who will truly care for their loved one. "
