"Ilja and her partner Mario took amazing care of my cat and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first time getting in touch, they were incredibly friendly, flexible, exhibited strong communication, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Normally I’m a little anxious leaving my cat in a new place but with Ilja & Mario that was absolutely not the case 😉 They kept me updated with lovely photos and messages, so I always knew everything was going well. They thought along and were proactive in their approach - e.g. when my cat’s automatic feeder didn’t seem to work, without any hassle they proposed another solution.
Next to being affable towards humans, it’s obvious they genuinely care about and love pets, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my cat in their hands. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. I strongly recommend Ilja and Mario to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet sitters. 100/5!"

"I was nothing but happy with the treatment Teddy has from Betul, her partner and both pets. I already knew the experience would be great by the way they treat their own pets, with a lot of care, love and respect for the animals. I was very afraid of having my dog with a big male, since mine is male and not neutered, but their dog is very confident, and Betil really acts as a “leader in the pack”.
When I picked up Teddy, he seemed a bit sad to leave his temporary pack, looking back, looking for Betil, her partner and Roman, their dog, that’s tells me e erything went right from the beginning until the end, and I’m very happy to say my experience with them was one of the best in the platform. It’ll be my first call if I need to have somebody sitting Teddy 🫶🏻"

"We are so thankful to Cassandre for taking such great care of Ziggy. She came to our rescue by accepting a long booking at the last minute after our original sitter cancelled. During his stay, Ziggy needed medication twice a day for a cold, and Cassandre was incredibly patient and caring even though he wasn't very cooperative with his medicine! She kept us updated every day with messages and photos. She was warm, communicative, and clearly treated Ziggy with lots of love. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. "

"It was a first time for our 3 year young dog to stay elswhere. Monique gave him a warm welcome, and throughout the stay care and attention, walks, plays, cuddles, food, rest. "Garima is wonderful with dogs. Our senior dog Ceña had a great time with Garima and Kiwi, her joyful pup. Ceña was well taken care of and Garima sent us pictures and little videos of how their days were going by. It was nice to see that our puppy was cared for. Polite, hospitable, and clearly an animal lover, they went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for and comfortable the entire time. "Naysa has been the best pet sitter ever! As with any dog mama, I am very concerned about my 9 months old french bulldog when I need to head to Asia for 26 days. I have been interviewing many pet sitters before asking Naysa. She has been very patient in providing daily updates on my dog Stout knowing that I am the one missing my dog more than stout herself!
