"At relatively short notice, and after a quick "get to know you” meeting at their apartment in Rotterdam (not far from Station Centraal) we left our medium-sized, 9-year old rescue dog with Emilio and Robin for six nights. Emilio and Robin are friendly and open, listen and are caring; more importantly, they took good care of our (beloved) dog, giving her time and space to acclimatise to a new environment, taking her for daily walks, feeding her carefully, etc. Will definitely ask them to look after Lavanda again! Thank you Emilio, Robin."

During our trip we received status updates as well as pictures and video's, making our trip completely care-free knowing he was in good hands. I was calm and managed to have a proper vacation cause was absolutely calm about Phil. Great card, attention to all the details, pictures to me everything went perfect! "Onze Toby (nog jonge kruising Herder/ Husky uit Rusland) heeft 2 nachtjes bij Lotus gelogeerd toen wij een weekendje weg waren. We hadden ons geen betere oppas kunnen wensen. We maakte ons totaal geen zorgen, Lotus is gewoon een super oppas, weet wat ze doet. Ook Toby was tevreden, heeft net als wij een fijn weekend gehad! 😁"

"Rishika is excellent in communication and sharing updates. I received several updates about my dog with photos throughout the day. I was a bit worried when I left my dog for a work trip this time, because he just had an injury. Rishika was very good and careful with giving him medicine properly and timely, as well as managing his jumping and playing.
