"We are so thankful to Cassandre for taking such great care of Ziggy. She came to our rescue by accepting a long booking at the last minute after our original sitter cancelled. During his stay, Ziggy needed medication twice a day for a cold, and Cassandre was incredibly patient and caring even though he wasn't very cooperative with his medicine! She kept us updated every day with messages and photos. She was warm, communicative, and clearly treated Ziggy with lots of love. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. "

Marzena en Arkadiusz zijn ontzettend lieve mensen met een groot hart voor honden. Je merkt echt dat ze ervaring hebben en met veel aandacht en zorg met dieren omgaan. Ik zou mijn honden hier zeker opnieuw naartoe brengen en kan deze opvang van harte aanbevelen aan anderen."

Ceña was well taken care of and Garima sent us pictures and little videos of how their days were going by. It was nice to see that our puppy was cared for. "Ilja and her partner Mario took amazing care of my cat and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first time getting in touch, they were incredibly friendly, flexible, exhibited strong communication, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Normally I’m a little anxious leaving my cat in a new place but with Ilja & Mario that was absolutely not the case 😉 They kept me updated with lovely photos and messages, so I always knew everything was going well. They thought along and were proactive in their approach - e.g. when my cat’s automatic feeder didn’t seem to work, without any hassle they proposed another solution.
Next to being affable towards humans, it’s obvious they genuinely care about and love pets, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my cat in their hands. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. I strongly recommend Ilja and Mario to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet sitters. 100/5!"
