I am a cat owner for the last 7 years and before that was a turtle owner for nearly 7 years. I came to The Netherlands 7 years ago as I always wanted to live abroad. I choosed Leiden after visiting a friend who show all the greats things this city has and I didn't regret so far! Being an expat I always have to take into a count when planning holidays that I need someone to take care of my babies which is not always easy. A certain times we all go away and we need someone trusworthy to take care of our pets while we are away. Being an owner / mom cat myself I am aware how lonely sometimes they can feel and when taking care of other people pets I make sure they have their cuddles and playing time. If they are the shy / scare kind, like my oldest cat, I will make sure they feel safe with me before interacting too much as this could make them a bit more scare. If medication is needed I can take care of that too as long as I have all the indications before hand and the price might change a bit. I always love to be sent photos or videos from my cats when I am away so I can do that too. Of course, after every visit you will get a message through whatsapp or telegram. I have been pet sitting for friends for the last 6 years and it is something that I love to do for pets, and owners too hehe. As I have been a turtle owner, I can also take care of turtles or aquariums.
