"I left my dog Lokum with Kubranur for a full day and couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Before the booking, we had a meet & greet at her apartment so that Lokum could get used to the environment, which already made me feel at ease. She also had a questionnaire about Lokum’s habits and needs, which I found very reassuring.
On the booking day, I dropped Lokum off early in the morning and picked her up in the evening to a relaxed and happy dog. Kubranur followed my instructions about feeding times and walks, and kept Lokum busy with playtime, cuddles and even a little nap together. She also sent me lovely photo updates during the day, which really put my mind at rest.
Lokum clearly felt safe and comfortable with her. I would definitely book with Kubranur again and highly recommend her as a petsitter!"
