"If you want a reliable, friendly and calm dog/cat sitter, then João is your guy.
We asked him to take care of our young Boxer (1,5 ) and our cat (7) in our house for a week and everything went perfectly fine.
This was our first experience with Pawshake and it was great.
Our dog can be very enthusiastic and jumpy but that was no problem for João.
He managed it very well. Communication was also good and clear and he kept us updated with photo's and clips of our furry friends daily.
We would definitely ask him again!!

"Can’t say enough good things about Nikhil! He took great care of our pup on short notice, sent lots of pictures which we looked at so much as we aren’t used to leaving her and missed her a lot, and took the time to let her get comfortable with him, since she is a bit of a nervous dog. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a sitter and will definitely be asking for his services again!!"

"She’s the best. My dogs loved her and they were very well taking care of. We were gone for a week and needed someone to be there all day and stay the night with them since one of my dogs was taking medication and needed special care. She sent us videos and pictures of their day. She made sure they played and ate on time. We definitely enjoyed our vacation knowing our dogs were loved and cared for. Thanks Maria your the best! "

"Maaike is bij ons thuis geweest om op onze katten te passen. Zij is een weekje komen logeren omdat wij het fijn vinden als er ook 's nachts iemand aanwezig is in huis. De katten vonden haar geweldig en wij vinden ook dat ze het super gedaan heeft. Toen we thuiskwamen zagen we dat de katten volledig ontspannen waren en dat is voor ons een teken dat ze het naar hun zin gehad hebben. Wij zijn blij en zullen Maaike zeker nog een keer vragen om op onze katten te komen passen. "

"Sansa is a wonderful pet sitter who took very good care of our furry friend. Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our dog, even though he is not the easiest one:) She followed our instructions and managed to connect with Nick very quickly. When we came home after our trip Nick was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Sansa sent us regular updates including photos of our doggie which was really nice and allowed us to have a relaxed holiday. She is genuine and reliable and just a really great person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! It’s great to feel free to travel and know that your pet and your home are well cared for.

"If you are looking for someone to care for your furry friends while you are out of town, look no further. Maya and Quinn are simply wonderful people who will take care of your fur babies as if they were your own. Our dog is 14 and had some tummy troubles while we were out of town. Quinn and Maya took great care of him, and even made him some rice to help settle his stomach. Communication was clear and consistent throughout their visit and they left our home in good order. I cannot recommend these wonderful ladies enough. "

"I can highly recommend Katie. She has looked after our beloved Fluffy dog a couple of times when we were away. She is responsible, kind and it is clear how much she loves dogs. "We used Jenna as a house sitter with our two older dogs. She did a wonderful job communicating daily, sending pictures, and asking relevant questions. My one dog requires medicine throughout the day, and Jenna was very capable and we were made very comfortable. Our dogs were happy and we were able to enjoy a more relaxed vacation as a result. "Vera recently looked after our 3 cats while were were away for a week. We choose the full sitting service as our cats do not like to be alone, so she stayed at our house for the week, We were very happy with the professional service that Vera provided. She was very compassionate with our cats and let them sleep on the end of her bed, as they like to do with us. She was also very vigilant about their health and noted that our youngest cat had sustained an injury when out playing that required the attention of the vet - Vera took the cat to the vet promptly, which stopped our little cat from falling ill with a serious infection. In short when we got home, we had three happy cats who had been well looked after and were not [too!} upset about their parents having left them for a week. Our house was also clean and we did not feel as if a someone we did not know had been staying there for a week.
I would highly recommend Vera to anyone considering a live-in catsitter - we will certainly be using her again! :)"
