The agreement was 2 times visit for 2 cats, during 5days, morning 9hr and evening 7hr. We have created a whatsapp group to communicate beter. I have either filmed or attatch a paper with the necessary guidlines which was discussed with her the day before our trip when she was in our place for receiving the keys as well. The 1st day we fed them, left at noon so only evening visit. From the second day evening communication has been changed. We asked for one of cat photo, she send it with the capture of"she is not dead"!!!! She said that we should wait for her to send a photo and asking her gave her the feeling that we did not trust her. I personally frustrated with her reaction trying to calm down the situation in sake of my cats. The 4th day in the morning we were expecting her at 9hr as we agreed, after almost 40min of sending msg and calling she said that she was sleeping, around 10h30 she sent photos and told us that she can not find one of my cat, she checked home at 13hr21 and still couldn't find the cat. We were freaked out since my cats are indoor cat and the lost one NEVER go out. We have to cancle our trip found a very expensive ticket and back. We found her in the LOCKED WC. I was closing the door before we left, asked her everything should remain as it is, in our first video call I have noticed the toilet room was open, she said she used it once which was OK indeed but the door was left open. She has closed it at 10hr40 when we were on videocassette, so the cat remain there from 10hr40 till 21hr30 when we arrived and could be more if we did not decide to comeback. The only msg from her was "I can empathize, one of my cats ran way in San Francisco when I was here in the Rotterdam. I hope you find her."!!!how can one be so relax for the lost cat which was under her responsibility. Overall she has not only ruined our holiday but also we were under constant frustration due to her attitude.
