Hello, beautiful people and beautiful furry friends!

My name is Alina, I am 23 years old and I am originally from Romania. I am a law student at the Vrije University, in The Netherlands, who enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and pets. 

My motivation for being a pet sitter is very simple: my immense love for pets. I have been surrounded by animals ever since I can remember. Growing up and having pets brought me so much joy and impacted my life very much, especially our family dog who I grew up with and who lived for 23 years. She was very sweet and protective and lived a beautiful and happy life. My love for animals is what sparked me to enter the beautiful world of pet sitting. Back home I have now 2 rescue dogs (18 years old and 6 years old), one beautiful German shepherd, and 2 young and very energic cats. They are the reason why I became interested in working with animals, because every time I see them, my face instantly lights up. They taught me how to handle the other big emotions that could appear while having a pet, other than love, such as worry, stress, being under pressure, and how to care for them properly.  

I am a very outdoorsy person, I love spending my time in nature. Besides my love for animals, I am also a big lover of plants. My "relaxation time" consists of walking through parks and forests, hiking mountains, and admiring the beautiful scenery nature has to offer. Having a friend alongside me and earning some pocket money are some very big bonuses.
