Tamryn

Hi my name is Tamryn and I grew up on a small farm in Cape Town, South Africa and I have had animals around me my whole life: Horses, dogs, cats, budgies, lovebirds, rabbits, sheep, cows, ducks, chickens. Farmlife is a part of me and I love almost all of it. I can horseride, milk cows, train dogs and put chickens to sleep.

We have only had collies, but I have a fondness for many breeds. It was when we got Rex as a puppy that I did much reading into how to go about training him without killing his natural instinct. I believe I have done a good job as I often have people commenting about how obedient he is.

I love cats as well but my husband won't let us get one of our own just yet so I just have to enjoy other people's kitty cats.

We have 2 collies now, Rex and Bella. Our dogs are as precious to us as our children. We enjoy going for walks next to the canal close to our home, cycling with them on a lead next to us and taking them to Kinderboerderij de Hazewinkel and throwing the ball for them there. Rex loves lying on the bed next to Gabbi while she sleeps and Bella likes lying in between our 2 pillows like a human.

We have recently moved to the Netherlands and I am hoping to give some of my animal love to your furry friend.
