Whether it was my mother's imposing rottweilers, my grandmother and aunt's adorable goldens, or my uncle's energetic boxer, these experiences have deeply ingrained in me a profound affection and understanding for these incredible beings.

My passion for helping animals extended beyond the family environment. As a child, I often took in street dogs, offering them temporary refuge until we found loving homes for them. These acts of care and compassion have become an essential part of who I am.

I have lived most of my life in Brazil, surrounded by dogs who were not only pets but true family members. I now live in Rotterdam, and the absence of animal companionship has been deeply felt. Today, in my home in Brazil, I have my beloved Laika, who is already 10 years old. This longing reinforces my desire to be close to animals again, providing them with love, care, and attention.

1. Medication Administration, Special Care, and Hygiene

Does your pet have special needs, such as specific medication, diet, or exercise routine? Don't worry, I'm prepared to follow all the detailed instructions to ensure that they receive care according to their exact needs. I have experience administering oral medication to small dogs and my own large dogs, ensuring that your pet receives its treatments at the correct time and safely.

I understand the importance of keeping pets clean and well cared for. That's why, in the case of longer stays, I can give your pet a shower if they need it after a day of playing in the park or if their owner asks me to. I don't cut nails or hair.

2. Accommodation Capacity and Individualized Service

In my home, I prefer to host only one dog at a time or two dogs from the same owner to ensure personalized attention and a peaceful environment for them. This approach allows me to focus on each pet's individual needs, providing more detailed and loving care.

3. Walks and activities

I adapt the length and intensity of walks according to the pet's energy, size, and health condition. Walks can vary from 30 minutes to an hour, and at weekends and for more energetic pets, I include visits to parks where they can run and play freely. I offer 1 to 4 walks a day, depending on the pet's needs, ensuring that they have enough time outdoors to exercise and explore. I don't have a yard, but I live close to several green areas, which is ideal for fun and safe walks. The region offers many options for parks and natural spaces, allowing each walk to be a new adventure for the pets.

4. Companionship Time, Supervision, and Routine

I respect the routine your pet is already used to. I feed, walk, and play with them at their usual times so that they feel at home, even away from you. When I receive a pet, I do not leave them alone for more than an hour. I am available to be with the pet throughout the day and night, ensuring they have constant company, except for brief and necessary outings.

I work from home with a remote internship, which allows me to be present and available for the pets almost always. My routine is flexible, with daily breaks that I can use to look after the pets, ensuring that they receive constant attention and care.

6. Availability for Services and Home Visits

I'm available every day of the week, with especially flexible weekend hours. During the week, my hours of availability for daycare are before and after my internship hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus breaks in the middle of the day, so I can adjust my schedule according to the pets' needs.

During my home visits, I offer a complete and attentive service beyond basic care for your pet. As well as walking your pet, changing its water, and giving it fresh food, I also take the time to play and relax with it, ensuring that it receives quality attention and companionship. I understand the house also needs looking after, so I'm available to water the plants and collect the mail, ensuring everything is in order when you return. These visits are designed to keep your pet's routine as normal as possible and ensure your home remains cared for and safe.

7. Home Environment and Pet Comfort

My studio in Rotterdam is a 30 square meter space, efficiently organized with a welcoming entrance hall, a bathroom, a living area integrated with the kitchen, and a separate bedroom. Every inch is impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a spacious and inviting environment. Despite being a studio, the clever design of the space provides a wide-open environment, perfect for accommodating pets and ensuring they feel at home. It is safe, with no risk areas, and welcoming, allowing your pet to choose the best resting place. They are free to decide where they would like to sleep, either on the sofa, in my bed, or in a bed that I provide, with constant access to food and water, according to the owner's instructions.
