I am 29 years old, and a professional working in the renewable energy industry.
I grew up in South Africa and have always loved animals, wildlife and the outdoors. Throughout my childhood, we always had pets. Mostly dogs, but some cats too. At one stage, we had 11 dogs at one time. I'm a dog-person AND I'm a cat-person.
As much as I would like to have my own pets, I currently do not have the time to give any new pet the attention it deserves. Occasionally I do travel for short periods but I don't want to leave a pet alone for even a full day. I also am not a fan of "pet hotels".
I do pet sit a cat (for a friend) which has special diet requirements. I don't have any official training for pets but I have spent a lot of time with them and know how to behave with them.
I live in a studio apartment so I can not host dogs as they would need more space. I can travel and come to your location to pet sit and/or take your pets out for a walk.

Very happy with Adam and he did a bit more which was highly appreciated. He loves pets and it shows.
We couldn’t be happier with Adam. He’s a great guy and really cares about animals. He’s honest and trustworthy and gave us great updates throughout the time he spent with our pup. He was also flexible as our plans were a bit up in the air. We highly recommend him.
