My name is Lisa and I'm a reliable, energetic and warm woman that loves animals! My dog Giorgi (3-year old corgi) and I are available for all types of services ☺️
I grew up with cats, dogs and birds and have many years of experience with pet sitting in the United States and Norway. I recently moved to Haarlem from Norway and am looking to continue caring for pets here.
More about me: I'm 48 years old and have moved around quite a bit since childhood. I'm originally from Norway but spent the majority of my life in various states in the US. I left in 2018 and haven't looked back. I feel very much at home in the Netherlands and really look forward to improving my Dutch skills. I can read it quite well but still struggle with speaking and writing. Although I've had a lot of changes throughout my life, I've always had pets and spent many years pet sitting in Washington DC. It started as a way to bring more joy to my dog's life but of course it also brought me joy!
My motivation to be a pet sitter remains the same now that I am in Haarlem. I want to bring more joy to Giorgi's life as well as my own.
My home: I live in de vijfhoek neighborhood just 7 minutes from Frederikspark and 10 minutes from Haarlemmerhout. Giorgi and I love to take long walks to the hout as well as the dunes and beaches in Zandvoort and Bloemendaal. I have a 70 sm apartment in a newly renovated building that even has a lift! My place is spacious, clean and comfortable. I keep it very tidy.
My schedule: I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I will also respond to requests asap. I keep my schedule up to date and is you will see, I am free all summer!
Please reach out with any questions or concerns about your pet. I have experience with puppies, kittens and senior cats and dogs as well as everything in between. I also have experience with giving medication. Regardless of the age and condition of your pet, I will do my best to make it feel most comfortable and loved. And of course I will send pictures of our time together.

Lisa en haar hond zijn perfect om in te schakelen als je een keer geen mogelijkheid hebt om met je hond op pad te gaan. Ze reageert supersnel en doet haar best om jouw hond op zijn gemak te stellen. In dit geval bracht ze mijn hond zelfs naar ons huis omdat ie wat te zenuwachtig was in haar huis.
