Over Carolyn
My house is located in the east of Amsterdam on Cruquiusweg. It is a new development close to the water and Flevopark. I have a large balcony of 11sq m which is very nice for a dog to sit on and watch what is happening in the neighborhood.
During the coming six months I will be working less and have more time to do other things ! I love dogs ... preferably middle to large sized dogs. I grew up on a farm in Ireland and we always had at least one dog. I had my own golden retriever here in Amsterdam until he passed away about five years ago. Since then I have taken care of several dogs including a golden retriever and Welsh terrier as you can see in the photos. I have also taken care of a Beagle in Ireland for someone on vacation - also in the photos.
I will only take your dog if I can give him or her the care and attention that they need ! I will always check your wishes and listen carefully to your dogs needs.

Carolyn is simply great! Such a lovely person who look after Otis for the first time in a great way. Highly recommended.
Carolyn is amazing! She is kind and easy to communicate with, and she was very patient with our timid dog as he slowly got to know her and trust her while staying over for 5 nights. We got lots of updates and pictures along the way, and we look forward to working with her again!
