Raquel

Hello! My name is Raquel. 

I live in Leiden with my two rescue dogs from Spain; Bimba and Robin. Animals have always been a fundamental part of my life. I grew up surrounded by them, and my parents instilled in me the respect and love for these creatures. If it were up to me, I would have a farm in my backyard, but since that’s not possible, I want to help others with their pets. 

In addition, cats have always been a cherished part of my life. I’ve shared my home with three beloved cats—Chucky, Tommy, and Mimi—who have all passed away. Their comforting purrs and presence are deeply missed since I moved away. My experience and affection for cats ensure they receive the attentive care and love they deserve.

I’m more than happy to meet and care for any other animals, provided I receive the necessary guidelines to ensure their well-being.

I am a professional in the socio-educational and human rights field, so for me, dignity and respect for every living being are essential. With me, your friend will find someone who will treat them as they deserve and take full responsibility for their well-being. 

Whether you need an occasional walk, a few visits to your home, or someone to accompany your pet while they wait patiently for you, I would be delighted to help.
