Yu He

Hi, My name is Yu He. I've moved to Amsterdam this March from Taiwan together with my Dutch husband. I am a dancer and he is a film maker. We used to have two cats, and now we have only one lady at the age of 6.

As a cat sitter with over six years of experience caring for my own two cats, I have developed a deep understanding of feline behavior and needs.

My time with my cats has shown me that animals possess a sensitivity and spirituality that is just as profound as that of humans. This belief shapes my approach to cat sitting, ensuring that I offer care that respects each cat’s unique personality and emotional needs.

My natural patience and loving nature make me particularly well-suited for spending quality time with cats, creating an environment where they feel comfortable, secure, and cherished.

Having cared for my cats, I’ve gained valuable insights into the variety of personalities and preferences that cats can exhibit. This experience has taught me to be adaptable, whether that involves adhering to specific feeding schedules, administering medication, or engaging in particular playtime routines that each cat enjoys.

My adaptability is complemented by my strong communication skills, making it easy for pet owners to stay informed and reassured about their cat’s well-being while they are away.

As an artist, my interaction with cats also benefits me creatively. Cats are naturally curious and observant creatures, and their quiet companionship provides me with a sense of calm and inspiration.

Overall, I found myself grow more and more affection and compassion to animals, thus I 'd love to be able to meet more cats, perhaps more animals in the future with more care experience.
