Helmien

Hallo! I am Helmien, a 41 year old stay at home mom. I moved here from South Africa in 2019 with my husband and our son. My son is in school, so I have lots of free time.I am a reliable, animal loving person who will provide endless love as a petsitter. 

We have 2 cats, Meowmin who is 13 years old and Moses (Mo) who is 6. We rescued Mo from Egypt in 2019. We also have a labradoodle called Trompie. I grew up with cats and dogs and various other animals. I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t some kind of pet in the house. I am absolutely crazy about animals and will always go the extra mile for my (or your) fur babies.

All animals differ in the type of care they need and it is important to understand their unique personalities. I will treat them as if they were my own and I will make sure they have enough play time and get plenty of love. 

I'm able to give medication (pills or liquids). Photos, videos and daily updates will always be available so that you can connect with them while you are away. If there is something else you would like me to help with just let me know. (pick up mail, watering plants, etc)
