Hello there!

We are Kim and Joey, proud pet parents who have been living in Leiden for over 8 years. Our furry family includes our 8-year-old rescue dog Emilio and our two indoor rescue cats, Archie (3-year-old white cat) and Tapas (a 2-year-old tuxedo cat). We’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years, and so we've decided open our home to your furry pets!

Due to my (Joey) new job, I am now away during the day from Tuesday to Friday. To make sure my wife Kim can continue giving the best possible care to both our own pets and our guests, we’ve decided to focus exclusively on cat boarding.

We are currently only accepting neutered/castrated cats for home boarding.

Kim works from home full-time, so your cat will have consistent care and companionship throughout the day. We've converted our indoor balcony into a cozy cat room, equipped with a cat tree, cat tower, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Archie and Tapas love it there, and visiting cats always enjoy exploring this little haven. There’s also ample space in our living room and hallway for them to roam, chase toys, or lounge in the sun. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is bathed in natural light, offering a great view of the outdoors, which our cats love to gaze at or soak up the sun if it’s a sunny day.

Our dog Emilio is very used to living with cats. Archie and Tapas often share a bed with him, and while he mostly ignores them, he occasionally goes over for a gentle sniff. He’s calm and respectful, and we take care to make introductions slowly and safely to ensure everyone feels at ease.

We’ll keep you updated with daily pictures and messages, so you can relax on your holiday knowing your cat is in good hands. Our home is your pet’s home away from home—though we can’t guarantee they’ll want to leave (lol)!
